This hire is for the ‘Climate Studio’ team at Alt Carbon, in Bangalore. We have classic 0-1 problems to solve. Climate change is real. We’re on a mission to remove 5 million tonnes of CO2 by 2030. The Design Specialist will report to our Creative Director of design. This is a hands-on role, and will involve setting the design style and tempo for Alt Carbon across all external facing channels — from website, social media posts, pitch decks, posters, big ticket campaigns, and offline events.
The ideal candidate should have a distinct style and a portfolio of work to exhibit different style types. The person can build a team for all the work needed to create a strong visual identity for Alt Carbon. This is an extremely high impact role that defines the identity of the brand.
