You will serve as a trusted right-hand to the founders, streamlining operations, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving critical projects. You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, ensuring execution, and maintaining a high-performance culture as we scale our climate-tech efforts.

💻 What You’ll Do:

• Strategic Advisor: Work hand-in-hand with the founders to define priorities, set long-term goals, and translate vision into actionable plans.
• Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to guide decision-making, forecast growth, and evaluate business opportunities.
• Investor Relations: Act as a key point of contact for investors, preparing materials, answering inquiries, and ensuring alignment between investor expectations and company strategy.
• Cross-Departmental Leadership: Guide and align all departments (Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc.) to ensure cohesive execution of the company’s vision.
• Operational Excellence: Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and implement systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Communication Bridge: Serve as the connective tissue between the founders and the broader team, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability.
• Special Projects: Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
